Cancellation/Refund
Returns of defective products are accepted. Otherwise, we do not currently offer any policies for returns or refunds. If the product is defective, we will replace it completely. You can’t return something if it’s not in its original packaging. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
- As every product undergoes a quality check at our end before to packing and shipment, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the customer receives a product that is damaged, the wrong product, or the wrong size (which differs from the size you bought).
- On the basis of a 360° parcel opening video and only if the complaint is made within 24 hours after receiving the package, will we consider it.
- The video unwrapping must be unedited, uncut, and continuous from the start, displaying the package’s address and the problem or defect in a clear and well-lit manner.
- Slight manufacturing flaws, such as loose threads, will not qualify the product for a refund or exchange.
- Photographic effects may always cause a slight color variance.
Additionally, as we don’t have return pickup available, customers must send their packages to our address in order to make a refund or exchange.
If the goods is delivered broken, defective, or not what was requested, a free replacement will be sent within 7 days. If not, there is no availability for a refund or replacement.

Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.
Returns and Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return or cancellation, we’ll be in touch with you to let you know whether or not the refund or cancellation was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be promptly refunded to you in 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
